Directed electrical design for a 5,000 SF Ambulatory Surgical Center that included 2 Operating Rooms, 2 Endoscopy Rooms, 10 Pre-Op/Post-Op Beds, Nurse Station and supporting facilities for a self supporting operation. Prepared AHCA required protective device coordination, load and short circuit studies and participated in AHCA review.

Continuing Care Retirement Community/Health Center - Essential Equipment Branch Transfer Switch Replacement - Winter Park, Florida: Prepared contract documents and AHCA required studies (load, short circuit and protective device coordination) for the replacement of an existing 800A transfer switch. Supervised replacement which required a 12 hour utility outage to the Continuing Care Retirement Community anf Health Center. During start- up (the next morning after the 12 hour outage) an existing emergency generator failed. Provided emergency services to identify and receive AHCA approval for a temporary NFPA 110, Level 1 compliant Rental Generator.
